This role offers you the chance to thrive in smart contract development, with some backend work. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement smart contracts and services for cutting-edge cross-chain proving and intent systems, transaction routing, governance, and rollup functionality.

• Develop backend services that integrate seamlessly with the smart contracts you design.

• Conduct research and build proof-of-concept solutions.

• Influence the roadmap and strategic direction of the protocol.

• Serve as a technical lead within the team.

What You Bring

• Experience: At least 4 years of blockchain development experience, with a focus on Ethereum. Your work should include code securing real value in the ecosystem.

• Expertise: Deep understanding of Solidity, EVM, and best practices in smart contract development.

• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with chain abstraction, bridging technologies, and intent/relay networks. Experience designing backend services for cryptocurrency projects, preferably in Typescript.

• Passion: A demonstrated interest in and commitment to advancing the crypto ecosystem.

• Startup Mentality: You thrive in environments that require problem-solving, high ownership, and accountability within small teams.

Bonus Points For:

• Knowledge of the rollup ecosystem and Ethereum’s evolving technical roadmap.

• Experience with alternative smart contract platforms like Solana or Move-based chains.

• Contributions to open-source crypto projects.

• Experience implementing complex mathematical logic in Solidity.
