Web3 Business Apprenticeship (DeFi Stream) 

Company Overview:

Our client is a growing startup in the Web3 and DeFi business. They are looking for motivated candidates with strong interest in Web3, DeFi, and cryptocurrency related areas. Fresh grad(IANG,Top Talent), non-business degrees are welcome.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyse the DeFi market, trends, and opportunities, providing insights and recommendations to support the company's business development. 
2. Evaluate DeFi projects, assessing their business models, technology stacks, market potential, and risks.
3. Monitor DeFi market data, including cryptocurrency prices, trading volumes, liquidity, and other relevant metrics.
4. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to provide business analysis and support for the implementation of DeFi projects.
5. Content curation, community moderation, social media management

Requirements:

1. Candidates with strong interest in Web3, DeFi, NFT, cryptocurrency or blockchain technologies. Diligent, entrepreneurial, independent. 
2. Basic knowledge of financial concepts, business models and markets.
3. Creative and analytical mindset, strong self learning capabilities.  
4. Sense of social media, trending ideas, monetisation mechanisms. 
5. Proficient in English and Chinese, any foreign language is a plus.
